WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY (yeah…it’s pretty simple)

If you’re unhappy for any reason with the garment you’ve ordered, let us know so that we can make things right.  We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s defect replacement policy outside of the regular wear-n-tear damage or consequential damage such as, but not limited to:  tears, rips, fading material, stitching issues.

CRASH REPLACEMENT POLICY…

Let’s face it, you’ll probably take a tumble at some point.  If you happen to damage your custom-made Belo product while cartwheeling (unintentionally) down a hill, we’ll get you sorted with a industry-leading discount to get you into a fresh one.  Contact us with images of the damaged product, a good story or lie telling us what happened, and we’ll send you information about ordering a replacement.
